Vendor Setup Details
Friday August 19 from 2pm until 9:30pm
Saturday August 20 from 7am - 9am
All cars must be in vendor lot by 9:20am
so that the gates can be open to the public
Vendor Comp Tickets - Provide a list to Rick;
Ticket holders will have to provide their name
and the name of the vendor to pick up their tickets.
Parking Passes must be picked up on Friday for use on Sat/Sun.
If you can't make it, we can email you or text you a copy.

Special Rules for SMCEC: All animals must be secured in a carrier while outside of the building. No animals can be displayed or transported outside of the buildings without a secure bin/carrier.
