Single Table - $175
This option is literally a single table and just enough space behind it for a couple of chairs. Your banner should either be on the table top, or have a thin profile so that it doesn't occupy too much floor space behind you. It comes with one 8’ Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Badges, 1 Parking Pass, 6 Comp Tickets and Electricity*
Single Booth Space - $225
A single booth is the smallest booth available, but this 10’ x 10’ space still gives you plenty of freedom to stretch your arms, legs and scales. It comes with one 8’ Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Badges, 1 Parking Pass, 8 Comp Tickets and Electricity*
Corner Booth - $350
Easily manage your 2 tables with this compact and convenient space. This corner unit features a 10’ x 10’ space with two 8’ Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Badges, 1 Parking Pass, 12 Comp Tickets and electricity*
Double (2 Inline Tables) - $350
When one table just isn't enough, but a corner is just too cramped (we know how that is). Spread out with 20’ x 10’ of space, two 8’ Tables, 3 Chairs, 3 Vendor Badges, 1 Parking Pass, 12 Comp Tickets and electricity*
The Endcap - $500
Our most popular booth. Maximize your spread and visibility with The Endcap. Don't let the name fool you, we can build these just about anywhere! The Endcap unit features 20’ x 10’ of space with four 8’ Tables, 3 Chairs, 3 Vendor Badges, 1 Parking Pass, 16 Comp Tickets and electricity*
The Endcap XL - $725
We took our most popular booth, and supersized it. You get the equivalent of 4 booth spaces! The Endcap XL features 20’ x 20’ of space with six 8’ Tables, 6 Chairs, 6 Vendor Badges, 1 Parking Pass, 20 Comp Tickets and electricity.* The Endcap XL Spaces are extremely limited.
Vendor Perk: All vendors will receive 6-20 Complementary Admission Tickets (depending on their booth size). These can be used for friends, family, or given away as a promotion on your Facebook page/other social media platform. If parking on site, these Comp Ticket Holders will be responsible for paying their own parking fees.
Extra Chairs: No Charge
Extra Parking Passes: $30.00 Each - Valid Both Days; Allows in/out privileges.
Pipe & Drape: Behind the booth, $100 per 10' Section
Additional Vendor (See booth sharing Policy): $50
At Reptile Realms, we have always been proud to offer our vendors the most affordable show that you will attend. Our costs for renting facilities have more than doubled over the last 3 years, but we will only be passing a moderate increase on to our vendors. This now puts us a little higher than some of the smaller shows out there, but we are still the most affordable larger show.
We will be continuing our vendor sponsorship program. Your voluntary contribution as a show sponsor will directly impact how much more we can allocate to increased marketing, and your business will be featured more prominently as a “Thank you” for your support.
Platinum Vendor – $500 Contribution
Gold Vendor – $250 Contribution
Silver Vendor – $150 Contribution
Bronze Vendor – $50 Contribution
We are well aware that some vendors like to share booths to help maximize their profits and minimize their risk. Our booths are more than competitively priced, and include electricity, so we request that vendors wishing to share space pay an extra $50 per vendor added to their assortment. Please list the names of additional vendors that will be co-occupying your booth so we can put them on the vendor list and provide an additional vendor badge, and parking pass for your group. Any vendor found to be in violation of the booth sharing policy will be asked to pay the sharing fee of $50 plus $15 penalty for each vendor not listed on the application. This will be enforced for 2023.
*Electricity: Typically, each booth has permission to connect to Fairgrounds power outlets along the walls/columns at no additional charge. We will be making an update for San Mateo shortly. Please bring your own extension cords (at least 50-100ft depending on your location), power strips and super sized tape to take advantage of our generous electrical policy.
Non-Profit Booths: There will be spaces available to a select number of verified non-profit organizations. Please contact us for details.
