Single Booth Space - $250
A single booth is the smallest booth available, but this 10’ x 10’ space still gives you plenty of freedom to stretch your arms, legs and scales. It comes with one 8’ Table, Chairs*, 2 Vendor Badges, 4 Comp Tickets and Electricity**
Corner Booth - $375
Easily manage your 2 tables with this compact and convenient space. This corner unit features a 10’ x 10’ space with two 8’ Tables, Chairs*, 2 Vendor Badges, 8 Comp Tickets and electricity**
Double (2 Inline Tables) - $375
When one table just isn't enough, but a corner is just too cramped (we know how that is). Spread out with 20’ x 10’ of space, two 8’ Tables, Chairs*, 3 Vendor Badges, 8 Comp Tickets and electricity**
The Endcap - $600
Our most popular booth. Maximize your spread and visibility with The Endcap. Don't let the name fool you, we can build these just about anywhere! The Endcap unit features 20’ x 10’ of space with four 8’ Tables, Chairs*, 3 Vendor Badges, 10 Comp Tickets and electricity**
The Endcap XL - $800
We took our most popular booth, and supersized it. You get the equivalent of 4 booth spaces! The Endcap XL features 20’ x 20’ of space with six 8’ Tables, Chairs*, 6 Vendor Badges, 15 Comp Tickets and electricity**
The Endcap XL Spaces are extremely limited.
Non-Profit Booths: There will be spaces available to a select number of verified non-profit organizations. Please contact us for details.
Additional Vendor (See booth sharing Policy): $25
Vendor Perk: All vendors will receive 4-15 Complementary Admission Tickets (depending on their booth size). These can be used for friends, family, or given away as a promotion on your Facebook page/other social media platform. If parking on site, these Comp Ticket Holders will be responsible for paying their own parking fees.
*Chairs: Chairs will be made available at no additional charge. They will not be in your booth when you arrive, as some vendors prefer to bring their own chairs. Please feel free to grab what you need from the available stock.
**Electricity: In San Jose, each vendor has permission to connect to Fairgrounds power outlets along the walls/columns at no additional charge. Please bring your own extension cords (at least 50-100ft depending on your location), power strips and super sized tape to take advantage of our generous electrical policy. San Mateo will have a power supply provided at each booth grouping, so 25ft cords should be more than sufficient at that venue
Parking Passes San Jose: One FREE parking pass will be included with each booth. Extra Parking passes will be $30.00 each, and must be prepaid to Reptile Realms. All Parking Passes are Valid Both Days & Will Allow in/out privileges.
Parking Passes San Mateo: The venue is no longer allowing us to pre-pay parking for our vendors. All vendors will be responsible for paying their daily $20 parking, but there is a $2 discount for parking paid via credit card. NO in/out privileges.
Pipe & Drape: Behind the booth, $75 per 10' Section
At Reptile Realms, we have always been proud to offer our vendors one the most affordable shows that they will attend. Our costs for renting facilities have more than doubled over the last 5 years, but we have only passed on a moderate increase to our vendors. This now puts us a little higher than some of the smaller shows out there, but we are still the most affordable larger show.
For vendors who wish to provide additional support for our events, we will be continuing our vendor sponsorship program. Your voluntary contribution as a show sponsor will directly impact how much more we can allocate to increased marketing, and your business will be featured more prominently as a “Thank you” for your support.
Diamond Vendor - $1000 Contribution for San Jose, $800 for San Mateo
Platinum Vendor – $500 Contribution for San Jose, $400 for San Mateo
Gold Vendor – $300 Contribution for San Jose, $200 for San Mateo
Silver Vendor – $150 Contribution for San Jose, $100 for San Mateo
Bronze Vendor – $75 Contribution for San Jose, $50 for San Mateo
We are well aware that some vendors like to share booths to help maximize their profits and minimize their risk. Our booths are more than competitively priced, and include electricity, so we request that vendors wishing to share space pay an extra $25 per vendor added to their assortment. Please list the Business Names of any additional vendors that will be co-occupying your booth so we can put them on the vendor list and provide an additional vendor badge if necessary.
If an additional parking pass is required, they are $30 in San Jose and must be paid in advance as Vendor Parking Passes will not be sold by the Fairgrounds during setup OR event on day. San Mateo parking passes must be paid for at the Entry Gate.
